Yes, that is "tatted," not tattered heart. I think people with tattoos can be extremely hot! But they have to be interesting tattoos. I have seen some work, that while eye-catching, is not really something that adds to the physical attractiveness of people. I like a lot of tribal looking pieces, or sleeves.
