He is that big now, but only after having it injected with a filler (silicone?). I had him a few years back when he was based in Rio and it was nowhere near the current size (I have pics to prove this)
Oh yes, I am under no false assumption that this is natural. I have seen pics where he is not quite so hefty...but if you want to share your pics....I am always happy to look at more
