This is something that I have done for years, though I honestly have no idea where I learned it. However, it is tried and tested and works well with just about everyone I have ever used it on...to begin, get the guy to lay down on his back, and get him hard in any way you choose (if he isn't already).
Next, make sure you have lotion, lube or a lot of saliva ready, and cover your hands in it.
Then you intertwine your fingers and create a small hole at the top where your thumbs are. This will naturally happen when your fingers have been intertwined, and depending on the size of the guy's dick, you can make this hole smaller or larger by loosening or tightening your grip.
